Great program. Thank you Doc. I think its my host's server module (wild guess). Anyway, with pod_usequery=0 the search term shows appropriately within the Maxcom Amazon script ( Find books on: searched term at Amazon.com).
Downside : The "next" link at bottom of pod results page only returns you to the same point. ALSO, the "search only in..." subdirectory does not limit the search at all. The entire directory is still searched. When pod_usequery=1 the "next" link at bottom of pod results page works. Down Side : Find books on serachedterm&utf8=1 at Amazon.Com AND the "search only in..." subdirectory only limits the search to the parent directory no matter how many sublevels you are within the parent directory such as Business, Arts, Computers, ect... Can you help me? Please visit my site at www.seemysearch.com Thank you. |

Me again,
I set up a test page at www.seemysearch.com/podtest.htm There you will find two search windows with pod_usequery=0 AND pod_usequery=1 . Try both to see the reults as described in the initial post. If I scrap the Maxxcom script I would use pod_usequery=1 which still isnt 100% correct for setting serach within results. The output of pod_usequery=1 displays the last several characters of the URL address window (ex test&x=19&y=15) within the Maxxcom dispaly??? I wonder why? Wet Ears test&x=37&y=9 |
