I'm attempting to add the OJ package to my hosts' Windows NT/IIS server. It seems to be adding the stories to the 'story' folder just dandy, but it isn't creating the index file for the main 'oj' folder nor the archive index file. What is the deal!

Any help would be MUCH appreciated!
