So I've been using the "My Mood" feature that gives you those cute little bars by your avatar with a range of descriptions of what your moods are and I was wondering; are these perhaps tracked somewhere? If so, where?

I'm asking because I'm starting to keep a mood chart or diary or whatever you want to call it to track my moods and thought it would be a good idea to have these little, more elaborate mood icons to coincide with the tracker I've started on my phone. If there is such a thing, can someone point me to it? If there isn't, what are the chances that there could be?

(also, one that says "at peace" or "harmony" or something would be nice! I keep searching for that one, lol)

I'm probably not the best person to answer this since I've hardly used any of these features. In addition to the "My Mood" icons "My Mood" tracker? that display under your avatar, there's also the "Daily Mood" button (at the top of the page next to "Log Out"; discussed here) and the Mood Tracker (in the Quizzes section). Are any of those what you're looking for?
Thanks for this!

I'm going to sound rediculously lazy saying this, but "that takes so much tiiiiimmeeee!!!"

lol, and now that's out of my system!

I know about those, and I use something similar on my phone. I just thought it'd be nice to have a "more expressive" err... thing.... to bring to my T, or my next intake appointment.

It is just a thought!

Thank you for your feedback. At this time, we have no plans to also allow people to track moods through "My Mood," as we have two existing mood trackers already on the site.

Best,
DocJohn

ha! anythings got to be better than this lame mood 'diary card' chart i get from my therapist/county mental health. they do DBT and i think this was designed by marsha linehan. i can't stand the stupid diary cards. i think i'd be better off myself doing them online vs. paper cuz i forget the paper ones are there... thanks for reminding me to do this!

No Prob!

If you have an iPhone or something there's some good ones on there. The ones I use are MoodyMe for my general day, and then gottaFeeling for the exact feelings I've been having (found that one a few days ago). The gottaFeeling one will send you reminders to update it throughout the day if you want it to.

There is a DBT App for your diary card and emergency skills. Check on the app store.
