It could be that the member name you're trying to send to has an underscore _ or something other character in the name that's throwing it off? I honestly don't know, never heard of this problem before.
One thing to always do, especially when writing something of length, is to ensure you save a local copy of the message on your computer, just in case!

I've had that happen to me twice in the last couple of days Dottie!
Another thing that has been happening in PMs is I type something then when I go back to preview (ie. a sentence or paragraph)it is in a different place in the post. *Hums theme to the Twilight Zone*
