At first it showed how many people were in the chat, now it doesn't show that anymore either.
And when I try to enter, it just doesn't load.
Is that a problem on my end and what can i do about it?
Or is the chat down?

Thanks!

when having a tech problem with chat provide this info "per" DocJohn.

MY chat is down for two weeks.
???>>>If chat is not working for you, please post as much detailed information as possible -- in the main support forum (not here) -- about how you're connecting with the chat rooms --

- Type of computer and operating system (like Mac with OS X, or PC with Windows 7)
- Web browser used (Firefox, IE, Chrome, Safari) and version # (usually in the "About" menu)
- Type of Internet connection (broadband cable, FIOS, satellite)
- The specific behavior you're encountering (blank screen, something else)

ii
Operating system: Windows 7: firefox, broadband cable, blank screen, all grey with a block shaped like a battery in the upper left corner of the chat screeen

I have 'glitch' performance, ie, sometimes chat opens on this computer, sometimes it does not.more often than not, it does not work.
I was not able to 'allow flash ' to accept psychcentral but I can get on
other chat sites.
I am unable to find the popup blocker and add psychcentral in an effective manner.
I did find 'a' popupblocker, it just didn't do anything to 'allow' psychcentral'

thanks
Sandy

Thanks

Have you tried the "No Popup Chat" option to see if that option might work for you?

Have you tried a different web browser, such as Google Chrome, to see if that might work for you?
