I,ve got a list like the following at the top of every page. Is this new layout and if not then why is it there and can I get it to go away?

Yes, new layout it looks like with "drop-down" tabs. Pretty cool.

As we noted in the General forum, you may have to restart your web browser to view the new layout properly. If that doesn't work, try one of the following:
- In Internet Explorer, hold down the CTRL key while pressing your web browser's "Refresh" button - In Firefox, hold down the SHIFT key while pressing your web browser's "Refresh" button If you are still having display problems after trying this, please PM me privately with your web browser type and version number (which can be found in the Help menu, usually under an option called "About [name of web browser]"). Oh.. ok.. my browser was just very slow to understand.. have that problem with a few web pages cause it's not internet explore.
It looks good now  nice
