How do you remove a comment you posted on some one else's thread?

I would send a PM to admin with the link to the post (click on the number of the post itself, and then copy the address in the internet addy line area)... that way YOUR post hasn't been reported. IDK about PC but most sites keep track of how many of your posts are reported as a negative thing, not keeping track as to WHY it was reported.
I don't think that's a biggie here, but who knows? ![]()

Using the report post icon is the absolute best way to get a post removed/edited or whatever needs being done. This way the whole team sees the report and can act on it much more quickly than by just pm'ing a team member (they may not be logged in to get your message in a timely fashion).
We do not keep records of reported posts to use negatively towards our members. That would be counterproductive to what this site is about, which is support. ![]() |
