Can anyone please tell me how (if possible)to create a room in PC chat room/lobby.

Hey Sanada! LTNS!
You can't make a new room from inside chat. You have to make it from the drop down menu you click on where you go into chat. It is at the bottom of the list. You have to exit and enter chat again to get the new room to show up is my understanding, but I don't know for sure that is the case. I hope this helps. |

to chat with just one other person (at a time) while sitting in the lobby,, you use the right-click, drop down menu on their name, and select "Private Message". this will open a little side window that only the 2 of you can see. you can have many of these open at a time
 AND the person doesn't even have to be IN the lobby, only in Chat,, so they can stay in their room, and NO ONE KNOWS~!  so good to see you again Sana~!  hope i get a PM from you ~
