\Does my profile look like everyone elses? Why I click on it to see it only show like 3 or 4 lines when I look at others it has their diagnosis and everything on it . I'm wondering if I didn't do something right or something

You'd need to edit your profile, if you want to add primary and secondary concerns, along with diagnosis and signature.
