Just type in the information you feel may be triggering between the two square brackets as shown below.

Youre using the round parentheses. You have to use the square brackets. They should be on the extra numeric shift?

Regarding how to remember this -

How do you usually reply to a post? I use the quote button, which opens up a text box, which has the original post surrounded by the word QUOTE in the same formats as you would do TRIGGER.

I followed that strange code. but. i know i'm never going to remember it again

it's the : square brackets [
then the word: trigger
close square bracket: ]
then a space, and whatever the actual trigger is, a space again
another square bracket: [
a slash /
the word trigger again: trigger
close bracket: ]

I thought if I did a step by step it would be of some assistance. I'm very systematical, to a fault!
