Hi- I'm new here and maybe I am doing something wrong, but I'm not able to send in an Ask A Therapist form. I've tried it with Firefox and Internet Explorer, keep getting this message:

The form attempting to use this program resides at http://psychcentral.com/ask-the-ther...p?Cat=asklogin, which is not allowed to access this program. Your attempt has been logged and your upstream ISP has been notified.

It shows whatever site I was just at for the "resides at...", in this case I had logged in then gone to Ask A.

Any ideas?
Many thanks for your help

It sounds like a setting in your computer or maybe a firewall. You can try to disable your firewall, virus programs, etc. before you try again.

If that doesn't work, you may have to try to use a friend's computer or go to the library?

I wish you well!

First, make sure you're logged into the forums here.

Then go to the main ask the therapist page and click on the link on the left-hand side where it says "Ask a Question." Let me know if that works.

http://psychcentral.com/ask-the-therapist/

If not, the problem is with the particular type of Web browser you're using, or a toolbar you've installed that is hiding referer information from our server. Try a difference Web browser (like the free Mozilla Firefox http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ ) and see if that helps.
