I've downloaded it onto my desktop..ok... but on my notebook all I get is a page explaining all the options for adding to the tool bar. I've downloaded (or tried to) the toolbar here a dozen times and I never get the toolbar, just the options page after all the hubabaloo. new tool bar

I realize it's 3 am, but for some reason my notebook won't take the toolbar... where do I look to change it so I can have it on this computer too? new tool bar

Sky,
It sounds like your lap top doesn't have the tool bar physically loaded on to it but your PC profile says you have it.
It's sort of one of those righthand doesn't know what the lefthand is doing kind of things. How to fix it????????????? (totally clueless)
My hubby is the computer nerd in the family and he's out golfing. If & when he get back I'll ask him.

I sure hope you can get some GOOD advice.

Hmmm I went into the tools drop down and it is listed on the toolbar listing...but isn't clickable (but then, neither are the other two that I use so?)

It is downloaded... but not operational and not viewable new tool bar

I've locked and unlocked toolbars. No difference.
I'm using IE.
On the desktop, it just presented itself where I told it to go new tool bar

Hmm, very curious Sky! Could it have anything to do with any of your security features? I know there are a lot of slimy programs/links that download toolbars you don't want onto your machine; maybe a security setting somewhere in some protection program doesn't like new toolbars?

Maybe....
If you're in IE go to "manage add-on".
Find the PC tool bar....see if it shows up and is listed as disabled.
If disabled, I think you click on it and then select enable.
Otherwise.......beats me.
