What's going on?!? I can't log in!

It's Kiya and I've been a member for 8 years. This is day 3 that it says "thanks for logging in" and redirects me to the "you're signed in as a guest" page

Anyone else having problems?? Can someone alert DocJohn for me?

Hey, by the way, I'm getting this 'not everything's https' thing on the address bar, I keep pushing my cpu power but it's still possible something wicked is happening on the server side. And I've never understood how a guest account works. If anything like this happens again, always the prime suspect for me is the coooookiiiies!

Happened again! I log it, it says Welcome Kiya, takes me to the "you are logged in as a guest" and then I click a forum and it's as myself.
Really weird.

I don't know much about database and stuff, I know the issue isn't the exactly the same, but from my side it looks you've been using your account with your username, as you... anything else I can think of right now is your devices. Do you log in with any other devices? I don't use any other devices to browse the site, I searched for the information and came up with nothing helpful, I'm sure someone else must've tried it though.

Something had/has changed overnight and this morning my Firefox auto-login did not work and I had to go searching for my password...so I would suspect something with session cookies has gone screwy.

Yes, as it says in this forum's READ THIS FIRST post, you should try clearing your web browser's cache and cookies for our website to see if that resolves the problem for you. In nearly every case where this comes up, this solutions works.

If you don't know how to do this, simply google for "clear my web browser's cookies" and it'll tell you.

It says there is a problem contact admin.

I can log in web browser but I prefer Tapatalk. Ugh

I haven't been able to all day. I'm given the message that Psych Central is currently unavailable in Tapatalk.

I made certain that my app was up to date. Have cleared app cache and still the same message. Oddly enough, I was recently quoted, this afternoon, and received the little icon at the top bar of my phone's screen.

I, too, prefer Tapatalk for ease of use.

So I always access this forum on Tapatalk. Well Tapatalk signed me out and when I go to sign it, it says password not correct. But when I do the change my password option, a huge error comes up and it's all punctuation marks and no explanation. So I'm typing this on the forum site. Anyone else have this issue? I deleted and reinstalled it many times.
