The rules state that you can ask for up to 5 posts to be deleted during your "tenure" at PC. I was wondering how rigorously this is enforced? If you've been an active member for years, will you go over that limit?

Also, who can tell me where I stand, as in, how many posts can I yet have deleted?

It is not rigorously enforced, but instead meant as a deterrent from members using it as a way of constantly editing their history here, and to keep the workload on our volunteer support team to a reasonable level. With so many members, it would be very difficult to keep up without this limit in place.

You would need to PM an admin if you'd like to know where you stand on this number. But we can and do make regular exceptions to the limit.

OK, that's clear, thank you. (and as long as it's not rigorously enforced, it doesn't really matter to me how many I still have to go.. because I don't have to "save" them)
