I'm just reporting an issue with the actual function in chat. I have someone on ignore but for some reason I'm still seeing their messages in chat. I checked my "block" list and they were indeed still on it.

Is anyone else having this issue?

I'm sorry ignore isn't working for you. I hope DocJohn or someone else can come along and help you soon! Just know you've not gone unheard.

I'm just reporting a tech glitch. I didn't know if anyone else was also experiencing this glitch.

I am experiencing this. I see that person, who has been on my ignore list, on chat. I tried from my phone and laptop to see if there would be a difference but the issue remains the same.
I guess that person cannot be ignored Ignore not working in chat?
That is ok. This is almost a free service so I ll have to find a way to deal with it.

I tried removing them, which was weird because I had to select them to unblock even though they were already unblocked because of the glitch, then I did the ignore selection again and it stuck again.

So maybe try removing and re-adding them to your ignore list. I don't know why it only is doing it with one person though, the other people on my ignore list stay, but I have had this glitch happen a couple of times, always with the same account.

If it only happens with a certain user, it may have something to do with that person's user name, maybe it has a special character (even something like a space) that the chat software has trouble dealing with...

I also wanted to add, since we're reporting bugs, that some of us have had trouble with chat blocking people we didn't block ourselves. We can't see them or they can't see us and neither person has them on their block list.

We've found a work around is for both members to add the other to their block list then remove them again. But it is weird because the other person is trying to talk to you and you're responding but they can't see it. And it's not an intentional ignore.

I have a similar problem as Seesaw. I cannot see the chat messages posted by some members, I know that I did not block them (unless I accidentally did ?) And I doubt that they blocked me.
Also, how can we unblock a member in the chat room? I know how to remove someone from the ignore list on the PC website. But I don’t know how to unlock block someone in the chatroom.
Thank you in advance for your attention.

This I can answer!

To unblock in chat, go to the arrow at the left top of the screen. Click on the arrow. Then click on the cog. Then select Manage Block List. Then select the person from the drop down and click Unblock.

Presto chango!
