This is my first experience with Vista...grrrrrrrrrrr. I cannot seem to load the chat ... nothing happens. Went to java and updated to most current version...still nothing. I use firefox, and java is enabled. I'm on a brand new HP laptop that is wireless with my comcast broadband. Any help and suggestions are much appreciated!

I'm having the same problem with vista and chat with firefox...just recently though. I wonder if something happened there?
Anyhow, I can get in no problem with IE. Have you tried you IE to get in?d KD
