Not much from what I have heard from the PC Websites I am members of.... it is just the case of a business always wanting to make it better than the last, which IMO is not always better.... I do NOT upgrade everything on my computer if it is already good and works great.

IN FACT.................... PC Magazine says that this new program is not better than XP and that XP has most of the bugs worked out already. As for me I am staying with Windows XP.

Not computer literate but on a radio show yesterday they said it would be helpful for organising music and photos better but more high end and for most of us we wouldn't need it. i have xp also and don't even use it to full capabilty.

i would stick with xp rather than vista, microsoft have been reluctantly forced to release the source code to the anti virus software companies after the testing done by them showed multiple flaws in the security setup, so if you have vista expect viruses and the posibility of losing all your data has fully effective anti virus software is not able yet, i would wait a couple of years to give microsoft the chance to sort out the bugs first and by then it will be cheaper.

I don't like to get things right out of the new box What is the big deal with Windows Vista? There are always flaws and loopholes. Waiting about 6 months to a year AFTER the last flaw is aired, that's when I prefer to switch stuff. What is the big deal with Windows Vista?
