First of all, this is my first post here in about six months. My marriage disintegrated, I was homeless for six months through the Winter and my health deteriorated accordingly. My wife immediately joined this and another forum I belong to. It's been a couple of months since she's logged in though, I've found housing, and once again have access to the internet. I want to be here and I'll be staying as long as I don't get stalked.

I'm wondering if a moderator could stop by my...hmm, not sure what to call it, the place where one can leave public messages for me, and delete those by her? I deleted all the PM's without reading them but don't need the practice being triggered by reading the messages she left me publicly. If that's something you don't do, no worries, but I'd like to be able to read everyone else's messages without stumbling unexpectedly upon one of hers. Thanks.

You can have up to five posts deleted, and have your account closed and become anonymous. I also think you can delete all your visitor messages too. Or even have that page not be an option.

Have a look at the date and time stamp where the visitor's message has been left on your psych central wall. "Click" the little white box next to the time stamp and it will place a black tick in the white box.

Scroll all the way down your visitor's message wall and click "delete"
Thanks for this!

Ygar, welcome back. I noticed your absence and wondered what happened to you. I'm sorry for the problems you had.

Mods are able to remove visitor messages. I had to have it done once. Best bet is to click the "report" feature on the actual message and ask it be removed. How about putting your wife on ignore? That way she can not PM you or reply to posts you start.

Hi Yagr. Welcome back. You could close your account and open a new one. That would also get rid of the messages.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
