Hi,
I've had an intermittent issue for the past couple of weeks when trying to post replies in the Psychotherapy forum. I'm using Firefox Quantum (v.68.0.1) on a Windows 10 machine. When trying to post, I am directed to a Cloudflare Action Required page, where I have to complete several CAPTCHAs before being able to complete the action I want to take. Unfortunately, it does not seem to be possible for me to select audio CAPTCHAs, which are easier for accessibility reasons, without being faced with an error claiming that my machine is sending automated requests, and being requested to try again later. I would be grateful if you could look into this for my benefit, and for the benefit of other users who may have similar access requirements. Many thanks, LostOnTheTrail

Unfortunately, I'm not sure there's a lot we can do about this issue, as that is controlled by our firewall provider. It uses a complex methodology to determine when to show CAPCTHAs, and I'm not privy to how it works. The ability to turn it off is only available if we turn off the firewall itself, which we cannot do I'm sorry to say.
I wonder if these issues are related to the specific kind of web browser you are using? And if so, could you please let me know what that is, as well as your operating system (Windows 10, Mac, etc.)? Thanks.

not sure if this is related but not too long ago I got a notice that adobe products will soon be phased out and no longer updated because of hackers and bots were accessing something in the adobe products (Java script, flash player and others) to hack into other peoples computers. that's right around the same time that this captcha problem started with me so I assumed it was related and part of windows 10 new updates. |
