I tried doing it opening the message and clicking on "Move to folder", as I did in past, but this time it didn't work...is there another way? Thanks

@BeaFlower - I tried it and the only folder I have is the Delete folder

Try creating a new folder and see if that help. https://mysupportforums.org/private.php?do=editfolders

Then when you click on Move to Folder it should give you the option in a drop down menu to select the new folder.

Hope that helps @CANDC

I'm sorry to hear you're having troubles moving a PM in your PM folders. Have you tried everything here:

Do You Have a Technical Issue or Question? READ THIS FIRST

Have you tried it with a different web browser?

Nothing's changed on the site and we've confirmed the move PM functionality works across a range of web browsers. Without knowing more information about what you're experiencing or the browser you're using, etc., I'm sorry I can't provide more help on this issue.

Mmm I'll try with the methods you mentioned! Thank you both. I wonder if it can be because it was a sent message and not one from my inbox...
The folder I was trying to use was a "special" messages folder created by me some time ago.

Just thought: could there be a limit on how many messages can get put in a member-created folder?

Unfortunately you cannot move items from your Sent items folder (outbox) to another folder. I don’t think you could ever do that. Sorry.

Oh, I see! Well, I'll find another way to keep it somewhere. Thanks for the explanation.
