Since my first try at this got more questions than answers, I've reposted with a more direct title.

Quote:
Somebody explain to this dumb Polack how to change your sig pic. I find it, upload it, hit save, and I still have the same one. I try something else and it brings up the SIGPIC codes, but then I don't know what to do to maneuver the picture in there. Do I put in the URL from the folder on my computer, from a website, what?

I logged out, cleared cookies, logged back in, old pic is still there.
The other thread is titled "confused."

On behalf of all of us who haven't figured this out, ty in advance for an answer.

Testing here.

I've tried to change mine (I have since the move) to see how it's going.

Hmmm, that's what I thought.

I was able to delete my old one (it wouldn't do anything else) and now it's not uploading the one I'm asking it to. It declined accepting a couple due to file size and/or file type, but accepted this one. However, it's not adding it as a siggie.

OK...

I was able to get to to "say" it was accepting the new image and show it as my current signature image.

That said, it's not showing up and I now have no signature...LOL.

I've cleared cookies, cache, did a "hard" refresh and still don't know.

We have another image mystery.

Alright, there it is...on a delay of about 5 minutes or so.

This is what I did.

I first completely deleted the current siggie and went out of the option. I then went back into "edit signature".

When get the file you want pulled up (say from photobucket), you have to make sure to click "upload".

From there I had to select to "insert signature image". It's confusing there because it just puts a couple of brackets with the words "sigpic" and doesn't appear that anything's there. It is though.

From there, go ahead and hit "save" at the bottom.

So...

1) Delete the old and get completely out of it.

2) Upload the new and preview it. From there select "insert signature picture. It doesn't look like anything is there but some words but that's OK.

3) Seclect save via the button on the bottom left.

Let me know, Candy. If you still can't do it, forward me the image and I'll try from my end.

Love,

KD

You're very welcome, candy.

Any thank you for coming back to the issue and renaming it (though I'm sorry I didn't follow through before).

It allows others to see if they have the same problem and hopefully resolve it.
