Im trying to customizw my profile by setting my own background on my page.
I do this:

1. "your control panel"

2. "customize Profile"

On top of this page it say:
Background images must come from your*albums. Enter the URL to a picture in one of your public or profile albums.

I tick the "albums" hyperlink and get this message:
knaserbofler, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

what do I do wrong? can you help me please?

Oh
I found the problem. I used Google Chrome, and that doesn't always work on upload.
I just tried it with Firefox now, and it works.
I should have though of this before. Im so sorry.

Hey guys.....just my two cents *digs in pocket*

Ive tried pc on different browsers. and have found that the only ones that really make pc work well are IE and firefox

Aol does not support some frames, and google chrome isnt totally tweaked yet to work with most sites.

Hope this helps.

Your techie liason

Good point.

PC only supports Firefox, IE, and Safari as they are the mainstream browsers used by 99% of people. AOL is mostly supported, as it uses a form of IE (but some of the functionality doesn't always work quite as it should).

Other browsers may or may not work here. They will likely work for reading and posting, but for other features you might run into problems...
