Hi Tao

Sounds like a plan. If you're desperate for one right now you might try the sister site neurotalk.

OR you can begin a social group for students, and then once you have enough members, you can take it to forum on your own.

i don't see a student forum on neurotalk? and why are they separate sites...?

maybe i'll start a social group...

since mental health problems and being a student can be a difficult mix!

Psych Central is the mental health support site, Neurotalk is pretty much all types of stuff now.

You can probably find the history of Neurotalk's beginnings somewhere in the archives. DocJohn was providing a site after another one crashed, and then people liked neurotalk better lol or just as much when the other came back online??? I forget all the details.

I think the social group is a good way to go. Much success!

If you'd like to talk to fellow students in psychology, you can do no worse than our student partner site, SDN:

Highly recommended.

Tao, see this link from the Doc himself (regarding PC vs. Neurotalk):

http://forums.psychcentral.com/showthread.php?t=79569

I think it's a great idea to start a student group. Good luck.
