Its been on of those days...... the attacks are short but hard on my body and mind. I'm trying to keep in the present. Any ideas to separate physical and mental.

Sorry to hear you are having attacks. I would be willing to "chat" with you through PMing if you think that would help.
Have you considered contacting your psychiatrist about adjust meds or changing or adding meds? Lucky for me it was only a few days.... this is all so new... the PTSD part. I did have talk with t about this and so far that has helped.
