I hate all this paperwork and things to do. Have actually thought about assigning a power of attorney to take care of all that for me. It's just too overwhelming. Anyway,.... good to hear from you. You sound in good spirits
Yes, sometimes it can feel like the life of you has been drained, I have struggled with that myself. You just had a big change though with leaving the job routine, PTSD doesn't like change, it takes longer to adjust, remember it's normal for a person not to like change, the PTSD tends to magnify normal reactions so they feel bigger/harder. Take it easy ok? You can do the paperwork, just give yourself some time. If you can push yourself to take walks it helps, even if you just start with short walks. Make sure you eat healthy even if you are not hungry.

Hello again, not much new to report, except I was fired from my job. Still don't have a mindset even look for work. Can't get my thoughts straightened out long enough to do anything that requires attention. I have cancelled most forum memberships, except this one. The way I feel and hearing everyone elses problems was just getting to be too much.
