I am struggling to remain present and not just bury myself is stuff to do. I now understand that is how I avoid feelings but will that change? Does anyone else deal with that?

Medication , therapy, helping others, parenting, prayer, exercise, yoga, 12 steps, fellowship, church, good diet, community. Those are my treatments.

I bought the recordings of the book The Power of Now. By Ekhart Tolle
It helped.
