So I continue to deliberate, over what to do in my next T session. There are many competing thoughts in my head, all telling me different things.

I guess anxiety is a real factor here, but it is hard knowing which thought to go with. Maybe there isn't a right or wrong one and maybe it is a process of looking at pros and cons to each.

Do others have a hard time making decisions? I can find the whole decision making process paralysing.

I have a very hard time making decisions. Sometimes to the point that I just don't bother to do anything at all. Recently, that issue has cropped back up at work for me and I'm trying to get that back under control.

Strangely enough, I'm a planner. I plan everything out, but then have a problem following through.

I to think that anxiety plays a role in this.

Yes indeed, I hate when they ask which trauma is troubling you most. It could be any of them. Depends on the time and what's going on. Like all this flooding in Houston is very triggering for me. Right now that is at the top of my bad memory list. Make a list of the top 3 and ask the T which one would be better to discuss or if you could start addressing all of them. That's what I think would help me, to dissect the list.

I used to be more organized myself and it drives me bat s___ crazy that I can't get things done anymore. Though some may be AADD. Making a list doesn't always help either, when you get so distracted so easily.
