Are you keeping your T informed on how you are feeling? Give her a call and see if she can help with this. Take care of you

I actually had to cancel my appointment tomorrow. I have no way to get there. He knows a bit of what I'm going through but he can't help. No one can help.

Feeling like I'm barely able to hold myself together. What I think is my paranoia is getting a little difficult to handle. I keep having to remind myself of certain things and fact check more. I just feel like I'm losing it a bit more each day.
