Really pissed off at the person I love and don't know why in the way that you can really be pissed off at the person you love and not know why. OK. To be honest I'm not sure if I'm pissed off at her or at me. Both probably. Feelings without words.

(((Elana05)))

Sorry you are going through these emotions. I often get very mad at others and have no idea why. I think it has a lot to do with my mood cycles that day. If I am in a bad mood I tend to get mad at people easier. I hope your anger calms down soon and you can be calm and relaxed

Thanks, Skully.
I have now realized some of the reasons. We went to see couples T today. We worked on a lot. It seemed fine when we were there but as soon as we left I knew I was in for it (for my own anger, grumpiness, withdrawing etc). It is so frustrating not really know where your feelings are coming from or what they mean. But I tried to talk about them. We tried to talk about stuff. All in all we had a productive conversation. Just wish things didn't take so long to sort out. Like, years.
