My emotions are all over the place and at times I feel like I am a runaway train that is approaching a brick wall and I have no way of stopping it. Lately, I have noticed that my moods have been getting worse and it seems that I have no where to turn. I have lost trust within' myself and how found that when people try to connect with me I become disconnected because I do not trust. I find that I have emotional lock myself in my own personal emotional cell. I have even lock my self from the outside world and I am not sure what can be done as of right now.

Do you know what happened to make you lose trust in people? Do you know why you're so afraid? Was there one particular event that caused all this to happen?

Sometimes something like a death, a failed relationship, etc. makes us kind of lose ourselves ~ we become afraid, and we lose trust both in ourselves and in others. if you can pinpoint what MIGHT be the cause, it can help you overcome it. It would be best if you could talk with a therapist - are you seeing one? If you're not, I'd suggest getting an appointment with a good therapist. I've been in therapy off and on all my adult life and it's done me a world of good.

Try to trust - make an appointment. You won't regret it. God bless and take care. Hugs, Lee
