i'm so worried right now. i wish i could just . . . not **** up? everythings always my fault. i blame everything on myself. sometimes. like now if i use my brain i shouldnt be upset, but i do. n it bothers me. my fult, my fault, my fault. where do i go from this? i'm stuck.

I wouldn't worry about it. It's not your fault. Everyone knows it's all my fault - from beginning to end - all mine. And since I don't share you have nothing to concern yourself with. Listen to Jeannedoe and pamper yourself a little..... |

Try being easier on yourself. Not everything can be your fault. I do the same thing blame myself for everything and feel like a compelete screw up. Try to replace the negative thoughts with positive ones. You are not alone.

I'm sorry you are feeling this way. . . . Wish i could be there for u n give u a hug. . . . And cry with you. . . . I too keep blaming myself day and night, knowing all is always my fault, trying to be strong breaking up knowing im wrong, I'm extremely sorry you feel the same way. . . .
