I tend to have a bunch of emotions but I don't feel them or process them. I tend to view emotions as negative, so I spend time trying to convince myself it is wrong to feel them...instead of just sitting with them and allowing them and figuring out why

I feel extreme sadness or anger and then proceed back into the dead zone, ho hum I sort of like the emotions sometimes I feel like I could write better poetry or something

Isn't it weird to have such strong emotions and then feel like you can't do anything. The stronger my emotions the less I can think, study, and work. Well, I can think, but only about things I dont want to think about
