My emotions are VERY sensitive right now. At the drop of a pin, I could have started crying this morning. I went for a 15 minute walk, and resumed my day without much trouble.

I have bipolar, and I know the frontal lobe isn't working 100%, and the emotions are overworked right now. I understand that the neurotransmitters work better after exercise. So does this mean that I could have a tweak in one of my medications? Which one? Abilify, Lithium, or the anti-depressant? I will exercise more, but it should never get as bad as it was this morning just because I hadn't gone on a walk yet. I felt weepy, worried, guilt ridden, shameful, despairing, and couldn't concentrate well.

I don't know the answer, but it is a good question, and one you might discuss with your doctor because he or she might know the answer readily. I do understand the feeling of despair; that is the emotion I feel most often.
