I'm 12 years old, and ever since I can remember, I've found a LOT of things irritating. It got worse when I moved school, the people around me are generally noisy which makes me angry and I can't channel it. It's like they're pummeling at my personal bubble and all I can do is block it out by rocking (an action that takes me away from the real world) or pressing my hands over my ears. I can't deal with it, I have pent up anger and irritability that I end up releasing on my family because I'm too scared to deal with the causes of.

in order to heal you have to open up and be honest with yourself.
talking about your emotions will make you feel better, even writing them out.
anger could lead to hurting someone physcially, or verbally which will make matters worse.
you don't trust your family, than you gotta talk to someone.
its not good leaving things inside.
when you get the courage, write out your feelings here, we will not make fun of you, or judge you.
(((hugs))) sweetheart, and thanks for sharing ;o)
