I am stressed out because I have no one that I can talk to about things on my mind. It is hard to deal with things when you don't have someone to confide in. I keep so many of my emotions inside and I know that is not a good thing. I find it difficult to trust people in my life. I can't tell them anything without them telling someone else about our private conversation. So I keep things to myself and try to deal with things alone.

Hi, Reesa, welcome to PsychCentral (PC). This might be a good place to talk about some things on your mind as we can be pretty anonymous here. If you can afford it in your real life, I would look for a therapist, someone trained to listen and in-person anonymous to the other people in your life.
Have you ever tried keeping a journal, writing about some of the things bothering you? That helped me a lot, too.

I can relate ressa....hang onto me and I onto you and then you grab someones arm and I'll do the same and then we can tie everyone's last thread together and then we all won't be alone.
