I have been suffering with chronic sinus issues over the past few years. I believe that the issues are related to Virginia's dry winters but crying is good for the sinuses.

I used to be able to cry years ago but life has gotten to me enoug wheres it seldom happens.

I'd like to be able to cry without inducing it (don't want to feel like I would if I was inducing vomiting for example though).

Is it possible? I certainly have enough to cry about. Don't we all?

Thanks

That is a good idea, almost forgot about that one. Wondering if there has to be some emotional attachment to it though. I could try it.
