if attracting friends means i have to force myself to be all sunny and crap like that then **** that **** i would rather to keep to myself and never seek out friendship if i can't be myself around them, its just another reason why i hate people so much, they say that they're the patient understanding type but that's just a load of ********. in reality they're just like the rest of the people i have encountered: preppy and annoyingly optimistic while never looking out for the underdogs in life so what if i wasn't raised on cloud happy?!?! i was raised on earth which is the most negative planet, im also semi crippled do you honestly think life will get any easier as i grow older and my leg muscles grow more and more worn out? the gloomy types are often the most realistic people you'll ever meet not like those fake sunny minded creeps that go walking around wearing a stupid grin 24/7
you can't fight who you are at the core of your heart just like i cant fight who i am at the core of my heart. our personalities are imprinted at birth and in the end people judge you based on personalities and you're automatically rejected if you dont fit their mold of a perfect friend which is really crazy imo

What would you consider a good friend, what do you look for in others that YOU like?

Just wondering, no, not everyone can be a sunny bunny. But some people do like to be happy sometimes, think positive sometimes.

I am sorry if you are not finding people that understand you. No, it isn't always easy to find friends, not real friends anyway.

Just my thoughts,
Open Eyes

perhaps you are with the wrong friends. if you act like yourself without changing anything people will see what you are and be attracted to that. you might be surprised let me know how it goes.

I defiantly understand. The world's a **** and life's a *****. No one will ever completely understand, but that's just how it is. Somehow I always attract the preppiest of people then the get all mad when I rain on their parade yet they still come back for more. I have no clue why. I'm just like that and it ticks me off when they try to change me.Oh well' I learned to live with it and I hope you will too. :\

I've just read and reread and rereread your post.

You sound amazing. I don't know if it's the blatant honesty with yourself and the world or if I see something else there but yeah my point still stands

You need a hug; or five. No life isn't sunshine a bleeping rainbows; realistically you're going to encounter very hard times but for me it takes more energy to be angry and miserable then to strive to be happy, you can TRY to be happy. Or stew in you're own crap; but highs or lows you should be accepted.
