Today I woke up crying because of all negative thoughts running in my head. I try to keep my mind busy by doing things. Like I took a shower and had some breakfast. But then I started crying again. I'm trying to get myself together enough to go and get some errands done today. I just have a very bad feeling where today is gonna be one of those days where I'm up and down all day long. I just need to make it through today. The next couple of days I have counseling appointments. So if I can just make it through today, then I think, or I at least I hope I'll be okay.

I'm sorry that you're having such a rough day.

Have you made a list of issues that are bothering you? Doing that might slow or stop the thoughts from continuing to pop up in your mind. It would also make the T sessions more productive, to make sure that you've mentioned the areas concerning you.

Making a list usually does help me relieve a lot of anxiety, and helps me understand which emotions are connected to which events a lot better. A noticeable difference for me and my T's. It's much more productive for me to write it down.

Best wishes to you ~ hope that your day becomes easier soon.
