( I'm hoping that this is the right place to post this. I'm kinda new :P )
I feel like this has gotten sorta out of control lately. I get really, really anxious sometimes, but I think that it's becoming an around the clock thing now. I constantly shake or want to stretch out. I'm almost always dizzy and short of breath. I pace a lot and it feels like I'm constantly on edge.
Any suggestions on how can I make this stop or at least calm down a bit?
I've tried some things, but nothing has worked yet. :/

I have been there on the anxiety issue & it really sux!!

What I learned is to force yourself to face you fears. You're uncomfortable in public areas? Go to the grocery store for a full shopping trip. Tell yourself that you're okay ~ say it out loud if you have to (I know that I did!). You will make it. Keep on shopping despite your increasing anxiety. Go for regular walks outside, and so forth. That really is the very best way to beat the anxiety...facing it head-on, and proving that you can make it through. Over and over. It works!!

(((hugs))) Best wishes!

The proper medication has helped control my anxiety. Have you spoken with a physician about it.

buspar has really helped as a non addictive med to help with my anxiety.

but another technique is to pick an item, anything you have on hand and look at it. really take it in. first, what is the shape? what is it made of? what color is it? what are the details? what is the temperature? really focus on it. you can do this with the grocery cart while shopping. feel your steering wheel while driving. this will keep you in the present and help from keeping your anxiety from spinning out of control.

i also use an internal meter visualization. when the anxiety gets too high, i see a meter in my head and i use the dial to turn the anxiety down using breathing and relaxation.

i hope these help. hugs.

Nope and I probably won't until I'm 18. The whole parents thing -_-
