I went back to work last week. Over ate. spent way to much money. Not sure if this is where I should post this. My pdoc has raised my meds, this morning I feel a little more centered. But always wake up feeling fear, or guilt. I get on this site and it helps me. I dont know what I would do without it.

I'm sure glad this place helps, but try to remember that the world doesn't center around you. LOL That's hard for some of us to realize at times.

And try to save some money. Don't spend it all at once. That's REALLY hard when you've been without it for a while. You tend to want to buy things you haven't had for a long time. But try to save $10 a week or more. There will come a time when you will be so glad you did it. And put it somewhere where you can't get at it easily or else you'll get into it when you are getting low.

I wish you the very best, my friend. And congrats on going back to work!! Keep posting too. We'll be here for you. Hugs, Lee

Hi layla11 - i think you need to give yourself a break, you've just gone back to work so you're probably feeling a whole host of mixed feelings. Continue to work with your pdoc on finding the right balance of medication - its good that you're already starting to feel better and remember we're here any time you need to vent or ask for advice. How else do you feel you could add to your support network? I hope you continue to feel better.
Thanks for this!
