I want to cry and I have been feeling this way for way to long but I stop myself because I think I am just feeling sorry for myself. I get this feeling on a daily basis... extreme sadness! A few tears then I stop, telling myself I should not cry. I am real good, I think, at playing the part of everything is all right. When deep inside I don't feel it is. Is it alright to cry? And will any good come from it?

It is very healthy to cry, I cry a lot, Crying is a way of letting go of your emotions it doesn't mean that you're feeling sorry for yourself, I always feel better after a good cry, Let it out

Crying is good for the health. It is a good way to express yourself.
Try to find what makes you cry the most and try to find answers how to be better with that. Don't give up!

I agree with Tinkerbell. Everyone needs to release their emotions in tears. It IS healthier for you. Does not mean you feel sorry for yourself just that you can't be strong all of the time. You are not expected to be. I cry at least every other day, if not every day.

Crying can be very therapeutic so if I were you, I'd let myself cry as much as I needed to. I wish I could cry more.......

Just echoing what others have already said - crying is healthy, if you bottle stuff up you're likely to feel sadder and want to cry even more! Its not a sign of weakness, we're human, we experience a range of emotions. If you think nothing of laughing or smiling the same should go for crying - trust me once you release it all things feel much better hope you feel better soon.
