Bi polar for 12+ years, mis-diagnosed for 4 years prior. Married 18+ year do not know how. Have 2 healthy, normal sons, do not how. Have not been able to keep a job longer than a year forever, if ever. 2 bankruptcies within the last 10 years and house close to foreclosure. Have psych and therapist over an hour away but that is the only care I trust around here. Had to borrow brother's car for two years because I could not afford one. The other car has 175 miles on it. Hard to get up in the am and take a bunch of pills to get through the day. Wife has been a teacher for 18+ years so lucky we have good insurance.

1 bright note is that I have been through the screening process for a job, I sell insurance, and the last step is I have to meet with the DM sometime hopefully next week. Job is 1.5 hour a way and involves driving and seeing folks in their home but I need a paycheck to get another car.

Sorry to unload. You can bill me for this session. Going to a new support group tonight and will report back. Thanks for listening.

Sounds like you have had a lot on your plate for awhile. But things are looking up now, with the prospective new job!

I'll keep you in my prayers that you get this new job. Even tho it's 1 1/2 hrs drive, it is still a good job. I hope you get it -- it sounds good. I have a feeling you'll get it tho, siince you're pretty much thru the screening process. It's lookiing good!

God bless and let us know how it turns out, will you? I'll keep praying! Take care and hope to hear from you soon. Hugs, Lee

I think its good you're being proactive by going to support groups and getting an interview for a new job so often these days people think its all up to others to sort them out so good for you for carrying on and doing everything you can to get your life back on track. Feel free to unload as much as you want - this is a safe place and we'll all try and help in every way that we can. I hope things begin to look up for you soon. All the best.
