I'm overwhelmed with the chatter and emotions within myself. I never allowed myself to feel or dealt with my past. I'm forced to deal with it now and have no idea how to. all I feel like doing is crying and calling one of my dealers. I have no one to talk to and even if I did,I wouldn't even know how to describe how I'm feeling. how do I deal with this without taking drugs or keep trying to forget? I want to get better but it almost seems impossible. please help!!!

I can relate to the non-stop mental chatter and overwhelming emotions. I am a constant over thinker. What I like to do is when I am alone, is allow myself to feel the feelings. I believe that if you don't let yourself get your emotions out, then you won't get anywhere. Writing what you are feeling is a good way to release some emotion and get them out. No matter how hard it is to feel things, it is a lot safer and better than doing something dangerous. Meditation is also a great coping method.

It is not impossible to get better, but it will take time. Please message me if you want to talk. And hang in there
