lately, i had a lot of disagreements with my friends that usually leads me to getting so angry. i want everything to be organized and in time. when it is time to play i play but when it is time to work i work. the problem is that these days my friends are no longer taking anything seriously, as if it is a joke for them. all their decisions affect my work since we are working together and my plans are ruined. when i go home i find myself breaking and throwing things, punching walls. my tears fall unconsciously and that is when i open my eyes and try to pull myself together and forget about it! i do.
then in the next day we meet again and everything starts over. i am getting tired and now i refuse to work with them again, it is bugging me to lose my friend over such a thing. i am even starting to question our friendship. what should i do?

No, I don't think you are. If you're at work, and they're playing around, that's just ridiculous. Work is work and that's not the place to be fooling around. I have a work ethic that tells me that I'm getting paid for what I DO -- and if I don't DO that work, then I shouldn't get PAID!! I don't agree with fooling around in the work place. It makes me feel guilty, and it just isn't the place to do it. If your friends are interfering with your work, just ask them "nicely" to knock it off -- that you have work to do and you need to get it done. If they won't stop, you may need to go to your supervisor -- but that will certainly enrage your friends to the point that they won't be friends anymore.

People like that need to know the difference between the work place and home. They obviously have NO work ethic -- and I don't like people like that. I was taught that when you're at work, that's what you DO -- you WORK. And you are paid accordingly. Otherwise, you're cheating. You are cheating your employer by playing on THEIR TIME.

I wish you the very best. I hope things work out. God bless & take care. Hugs, Lee

Don't hit the walls dear. Neither of you deserve the pain.

When One is hard on One self, then One is hard on others. Seek therapy if you can.
