Lets say I am planning things to do tomorrow
I start thinking and the n I jsut get lost in my mind! and I cannot make a simple decision of which to do first Iget so annoyed with myself it is pitiful! grrr
For example: Need to go to he gas station then to get water then to my home
The thing is there is a turnabout( I think that is what is called) so I go to get gas then go to the store for water then got to get back and make 2 turnabouts aaah what a waste I know it sounds stupid, but sometimes because I do this I just sabotagge myself and decide to stay in.

Another one, I took a shower in the am by mid afgternoon I cannot remeber If I did or not? O leave the keys on the door then I can't find them
ok I better stop

Oh my dear friend, I can so relate. It sounds as tho you're terribly stressed! It sounds like you just have an awful lot on your mind! Do your thoughts race all the time? Are you depressed as well?

You might want to check out the Anxiety forum. And if you find that this anxiety has been interfering with your life, then I think you should see a therapist! A therapist can certainly help you with it, plus give you skills in coping with it should it rear it's ugly head some time in the future, after therapy.

Talk to your medical doctor, and he can refer you to a therapist who would be good for you. He would know who would be best.

I wish you the very best! God bless and please take care. Hugs, Lee

Oh you need to relax. The more you are trying to figure out what is more the more it is harder. Buddhists say that the solution to mind problems are outside of mind Try to not force yourself, take a deep breath, do something else, solution will come...

Just reading your post makes me feel the way you do. Are you seeing a Doctor? or taking any Medications?
