Lately Ive been losing control and over the last month and its becoming worse and worse, I have become incredibly self destructive, Ive started started fighting on a daily basis with anyone who even looks at me in the wrong way.

Im a BPD sufferer and I thought had myself under control and then I just seem to have fallen apart in a matter of days.

everyday I sink further down twisting myself apart and hurting myself in anyway I can, and what scares me is that im starting to enjoy the pain

Woke up this morning feeling worthless, been sat in work for the last 2 hours devising more and more ways to hurt myself and more and more reasons to fight, Im not even sure who I am anymore other than a twisted mass of scar tissue and fury

Some times, acting crazy and doing crazy things is a way of avoiding your true self and your true heart feelings. Try meditation if you can, rage towards one self is distracting yourself from you realy are. You are not the bad stuff that was said about you in your past. Cutting and hurting yourself is away of avoiding feelings!
Thanks for this!
