Lately, I have been noticing I get really bad anxiety. When something goes wrong or doesn't got my way, I start to feel very nauseous and I get extremely emotional. I feel helpless like why is this happening to me? I was wondering how you guys handled this feeling.

Hey! And welcome! Are you seeing a therapist? They can help you learn strategies to help you cope, such as learning to say positive things to yourself such as "Even though this has gone wrong, I can relax and trust things will go better in the future."

Some people do things to try to relax and get their minds off their concerns. I find just keeping busy by reading can help. (Get an engrossing book.)

You may have cried a lot when you were little to get you way, when you did not get what you wanted. Those first feelings are still with you today. Now it is time to calm down and do what you need to do for yourself, With out crying or getting sick.
