I've learned that acknowledging your problems, addressing them, and trying to work through them are those key steps to help yourself get better. But how do you cope when no one is around to really help you with these steps?

Hi GenCat,
Sorry to hear you're feeling awful. I am in the same boat. No friends or support system where I am living. My family is not a support to me. Been severely depressed for a year. I just try to exist. I don't cope, really. We're here for you on PC, I am. I look forward to seeing your posts, or message me anytime. Hugs, Gracez |
