I want to know if im the only one struggling with this feeling- its really maddening and frustrating... i know i have certain issues/disorders but this problem is completely beyond me.. I cant pinpoint it.. i could venture and say anxiety, but it doesnt always feel like that.. Its really upsetting when you feel like 'somethings' wrong all the time.

Yes. I basically have that problem. I know something is off. I think it is possibly double depression. My GP is setting up a consult with a psychiatrist for me so that I can try to figure out if something is wrong with me. I can't always tell. But I'm presuming it's not normal to actually want cancer, or to think that you don't want to be around by the age of 40. I mostly just feel empty of positive emotions.

I know it's hard to describe something that confuses you but you haven't given us much to go on. Could you use some adjectives or perhaps describe situations when this uncomfortable feeling is most strong.

Sometimes it's just a feeling that something is just not Right.
I rarely have a general sense of well-being. My anxiety may not be kicking in over anything in particular, but in general, I know that I don't feel content.

Go with the feeling, and see where it takes you?

I know exactly what you mean. Every time I try and figure out my issues I feel like I over analyze them so much that its impossible to land on an explanation. Sometimes I over analyze it so much I literally get tired. In the end I'm just left feeling confused, weird and not "completely right". Just as you've described. Do you think a lot? Does it always seem like your brain just can't turn off?

I downloaded some hypnosis mp3's. Ones with specific topics like "be less sensitive", "be less critical", "believe in yourself". I don't honestly think people with brains like ours can actually be hypnotized...we think way too much! BUT I have found them to be very relaxing and they kind of help me tunnel my thinking so I can understand my own thoughts better. I find they help, but only when I'm listening to them daily. As of lately I've been slacking...and definitely paying for it. Who knows, it could help Hope you're feeling better today

True that! I'm on the same boat. Though I somehow never seem to finish listening to them. I guess I start trying to analyze what its talking about rather than listen.

I just am very unsure of myself in general and "unsure" of things around me.. indecisive, etc..

Yes. I'm not even sure if I know what feeling "right" would feel like.
