Well, are "you" jealous or do you feel someone is jealous of you?
Thanks for this!

I am the jealous one. I am never jealous of what people have that I don't have or anything like that! The only way I do get jealous is if the person I like is talking to or hanging out with other people of the opposite sex. I get so jealous that the room starts shaking and I cannot control my emotions! It is a horrible feeling! Sometimes, I get upset when that persons attention is not towards me. I would like to learn how to not be. Nobody likes a jealous person!

I used to really struggle with this. Two things helped:

1. Realising everyone has their own crosses to bear. People who have things I don't - well, they don't have perfect lives.

2. Realising other people were jealous of me for some reasons I found totally absurd. Put it into perspective for me.

I feel for you. I am dealing with some jealously (or envy not sure). I loved someone deeply and he played me and another girl. Even though it is stupid, I am very jealous that he treated he differently than he did me. Especially when she rejected him for a relationship, yet they continued to see one another and I was there for him when he needed and wanted it. Why is it that those who do what you want you reject and those who deny you are what you want? Either way, I hate that I feel this way because this guys is very arrogant and I don't need him. But humans want what they want.... sigh... This happening has also lead me to believe that I am a bad person... :/

But like tinyrabbit said there are people out there who are jealous of what you have. When I realized this I finally got over my body issues and wishing that I was more attractive like others.

Much Love
